Referral amounts reduced

Looking at the referral payments I have the impression its been reduced from 50p to 25p or am I reading it wrong?
I have referred a number of people who have ended up choosing the £9.99 option
I think its a bit unfair that I get nothing at all for my efforts where PlusNet gain customers
I know that I get something if they ever upgrade but they are all light users and the likelihood of them ever changing is extremely small

Option 1 & 2 both receive 25p / month as a referral credit, whereas Option 3 & 4 offer 50p.
Are you also aware of the referral bounty scheme that we are currently offering?

Hi there.
In addition to what James has said. We did have referral values of 50p for some of our legacy products such as Broadband Plus and Broadband Premier.
As the commercials were very different on the older products, we did make a change to some of the referral values when we launched the more recent Broadband Your Way products.
As James has highlighted, the current referral promotion, which has been running since the end of June, will ensure that the reward for referring is much more lucrative.
