I had my latest bill for November and it appears that no referral discounts have been applied. I had this issue a few months back and this was finally addressed on a random bill I had a few weeks ago. Could someone please take a look at this for me?
Why does this keep happening? I shouldn't have be chasing PN all the time to get my bill corrected.

Having checked the account I can see that for some reason the referrals weren't added/deducted from that Nov bill.
Unfortunately, I don't have a reason as to why that happened but I have applied them to your account to be deducted (along with December's referrals) from the December bill.
We're sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused but rest assured that it does seem to now be resolved.
