I recommended my sister to plusnet and she signed up to an Unlimited Broadband and Unlimited UK & Mobile Calls package. Activation was in February 2020.
Although this Referral is listed on My Current Referrals page, the table simply states:
Total Referral Credits N/A
Uninvoiced Referral Credits N/A
Would someone please explain why no credits are being made to my account?
