Referal

Hi
My mum recently signed up to plusnet on my recommendation however she did not input my
username so i could rclaim the referral. Can i get this added retro?

Yes, no problem. We'd just need a ticket to be raised from both accounts.

Did your Mum sign up via any other organisation or did she just go direct the the Plusnet site?
The procedure is for you her to raise a ticket stating that she signed up as a result of your recommendation and giving your user name and for you to raise a ticket asking for the referral to be added and giving her user name.
