Referal discounts not being given and no answer to my question since 30 Sep 16

Please would you chase my question up , I have telephoned and done chat on line, but I do not seem to get any answer. My last dated 30 Sep has still not be looked at. I will be having another bill shortly and I imagine the referrals still not being sorted.

No, I got an message by someone to re submit as the previous thread got locked by someone before any one could answer.
Its all just getting confusing even with trying the community I seem to be going round in circles.

I have contacted Plusnet by phone and apparently they are going to raise the ticket with Billing ? Wonder it will get done before my next bill ?

I now think that it is my billing has gone wrong so have added to my original non answered ticket and reposted in billing community forum.
