Referal M&S Vouchers ?

Hi I have mad a referral and am still awaiting my M&S Vouchers ? Is this an automated process, the user has been connected over 30 days. I have received my extra discount on my montly payment.

I've checked your account and the information relating to the last individual you referred and due to the time they signed up the vouched offer didn't actually apply. However you were due to receive 3 months for free which for some reason didn't seem to happen so I've applied that your account manually.

Hi Adam ok thanks I did sign them up b4 the deadline which was 31st Aug I think signed up that day but no problems
