Recontract 14 day cooling off period

Hi,
I can't see this exact question posted anywhere else, so apologies if it's a duplicate.
I'm considering renewing my contract. I'm already in a contract with a year left on it.
I assume the new contract will have a 14 day cooling off period.
What happens if I change my mind, and cancel the new contract within the 14 days? Do I revert to my old year-long contract with the associated discount, do I revert to having effectively no contract and just the default rolling monthly payment, or do I lose my internet connection entirely?
Also, when does the 14 day cooling off period start?
Thanks

Re: Recontract 14 day cooling off period

The 14 day cooling off period starts the day you agree the contract.  This is distance selling regulations ... not try it and change your mind.
