Reconnect after being disconnected

Hi daughter missed bills after having a few problems and was disconnected what are the chances of being reconnected and the costs involved ?

I believe that it is still possible to access the PlusNet portal to make a payment but maybe that's not the case here? Or have I read the situation incorrectly?  Huh

It entirely depends on how far down the Failed Billing process she is in.  Worth a call into us to determine that, or letting us know the username.  If we've ceased the line, we'll need to reactivate.

Thanks a few months I think her user name is gemmabailey I tried logging in with her details but it failed, her line has been disconnected, but she can now pay arrears or new connection, you can contact her through me
