Recommend a friend offer

Hi I just recommended plusnet to Sketchwalk and they are wondering how they can recieve the discounted 6 months offer. We were unaware of how it would be applied or how to tell you as it was all done online. They are still waiting for engineers to come out and still have no phone line, this is how early in registering they are. I am a long standing customer so I hope something can be applied for them.

Referrals are dependant on the person who signs up entering the user name of the referrer when prompted. I've checked your account and can see that they did as it is recorded.
BTW if they are concerned about anything to do with the provision of their service by all means advise them to contact support or to post on these forums if they wish.
