Recent change to account now shows incorrect billing amount

Hello, on 13th April 2020, I contacted plusnet as my bill was way too high. The person I spoke to sorted my bill down to a fair £19.99 which I agreed and was happy with. I have just now received a notification by email that I am to be charged £27.99 which of course I am not happy with !

 

Can anyone assist me please?
