Re: Recent Phone bill

Two questions
Are you on Evenings and weekends - if so then it isn't included https://portal.plus.net/home-broadband/faqs/broadband-and-phone/#included-calls
Quote
Do I get any included/free calls?
Inclusive calls are for numbers starting 01, 02 and 03, 0845 and 0870 (some exceptions apply).
These calls are inclusive:
24/7 on our Anytime call plan
Between 7pm and 7am weekdays and all weekend on our Evening & Weekends call plan
Note: Calls become chargeable after 60 minutes, redial to avoid call charges.

If you are on Anytime then what number was it - the first 4 digits only

Re: Recent Phone bill

I believe we changed in line with BT, back at the start of 2011 (I think it was 2011)? Could be wrong but I remember it being around the same time as the tax was raised from the 15% up to 20%, think that's the case. Sorry it caught you out though.
