Recent Phone bill

Why am i being charged £1.96 for a call made at 18.06 on 17/4/13. Sad

Two questions
Are you on Evenings and weekends - if so then it isn't included https://portal.plus.net/home-broadband/faqs/broadband-and-phone/#included-calls

These calls are inclusive:
    24/7 on our Anytime call plan
    Between 7pm and 7am weekdays and all weekend on our Evening & Weekends call plan
Note: Calls become chargeable after 60 minutes, redial to avoid call charges.

If you are on Anytime then what number was it - the first 4 digits only

Thanks OJ, yes I have recently transferred back to evenings and weekends as I now spend most of the summer at my caravan.I thought the hours were from 1800 hrs,i'm sure they used to be,but nevertheless I got it wrong. Cry

I believe we changed in line with BT, back at the start of 2011 (I think it was 2011)? Could be wrong but I remember it being around the same time as the tax was raised from the 15% up to 20%, think that's the case. Sorry it caught you out though.
