Receiving emails regarding another user

Hi,

I'm currently receiving emails regarding another user's account. I've previously received confirmation of faults the user had raised with plusnet and am now receiving emails regarding advanced notice of their direct debit payment including direct debit references.

 

Whilst speaking to the online chat team I was advised that there is nothing I can do as they are not able to access his account, but I want my details taken off his account ASAP. 

 

Can anyone recommend a course of action?
