Received no text message , email notifying me to pay today’s bill

I received no text message or email about today’s bill I should pay ... or they will automatically use my payment details to make payment ... don’t know don’t know what to do ... should I make a call tomorrow morning or now ? And there is no way I can find to do payment ... I find flat design hard to navigate ...
