mystery 123 call

Hi,

I have just been reviewing my latest bill dated 26th April. On this there is a 1 second call to 123 at 08:43 on the 30th March, for which I am being charged 50p. I am certain that this was not made by anyone in my household.

Please can someone help with this?

It'lll more then likely to be a comms technician too idle to ring the proper number making illicit test calls to the speaking clock. Plusnet should refund them.
