When will I get my refund?

After Plusnet messed up my transfer to Origin I was forced to pay another month's line rental. The move is now complete but no refund has been made. When do I get this?? My Plsnet service finished on 21 Aug

Hi there,

The refund was made on 23/8/17 as these take up to 10 working days to process I'd expect that to reach your account by 11/9/17 at the very latest.
