I have had the same happing to me I left plusnet a month ago ; now I'm being charged for a phone line which I haven't got anymore I left to go with sky on both phone line and broadband . I want to know why I'm being charged for a service that is deactivated . I'm now going to be charged a bill which is going to make me overdrawn and it's not on .
