Hi, my “problem” is that I tried to pause my but sport sub on March 28, 1 day after the billing date. Because I could not speak to anyone, I cancelled my subscription, retaining bt sport lite. I was advised that this change would take effect from the next billing date of April 27.
Please refund the subscription from March 27, and pause the April 27 debit, and we can address the future sub situation once we know when BT Sport will have live soccer to show.
