Hello, I am in the same boat. My contract with plusnet finished and i switched to EE. Plusnet sent me an email saying my phone and broadband were being taken over 10th May 2016. On my final bill there Was a cessation charge (i cannot confirm exactly when my plusnet contract finished as i can no longer log in to plusnet account) but remeber it being in April. After paying 3.23 outstanding balance via credit card on 28 May i had an email saying my broadband account was reactivated (despite being with EE from 10th May). Then on 31 May plusnet emiled again saying a cancellation request had been placed and would take place on 8th June?!?
Please help
