Hello, I just wanted to ask could my broadband package be taken out of my account ASAP please because it was suppose to come out on the 1st of every month but it is usually late being taken out of my account?

The payment has been requested from your bank and normally takes 3-5 working days to clear via direct debit.

And we're on the 4th working day. It should clear in the next day or so, nothing to worry about.

I had an email the other day saying it would be taken out of my account and it also said in the email this will be taken between the 1st and the 4th of december but its still pending?

The wording on the emails doesn't give a date range (or didn't last time I looked), it normally says

This will leave your account on or after 04/12/2013.

Can I ask that you start your own thread for any issues rather than tagging on to other customers (completely unrelated) issues?
