I'm having similar problems.

Got new contract at beginning of November, but discount not applied.

This month, still no discount, no refund of previous overpayment and LRS has dissapeared because I don't seem to have ahd a reminder to renew it. Absolute rubbish and making me think about leaving except - oh **** I've just entrered a new contract so probalby can't without paying unreasonable penalty.

Feeling proudly done in an extremely bad way ..........

And I thought Terry Maybe's Brexit was shambolic. Not a patch on PN

Sorry for the delays in getting this sorted JohnofYork, Re ticket 184765459 we're reliant on a known problem being fixed before we can deal with the billing issues you've mentioned. That's being worked on at present and should be resolved soon.

Well it's been a month now ...

I'd been tardy in settling my deceased father-in-laws final bill and you had no trouble bombarding me with messages about that ...

so forgive me for being less than gruntled.
