Hello,

 

I am also a bit confused with my 2 recent bills. I have signed up for a new contract a couple of months ago but I am not sure that I was billed correctly in the last couple of months. Would you be able to have a look for me as well @Gandalf?

Hi,

 

I think this probably has not been seen as it was initially posted on another topic.

 

Would it please be possible to have a look into my account and confirm if billing has been correct since contract renewal? I think the last 2 bills are slightly higher than what I was expecting. Sorry, if I got it wrong.

I'm sorry to hear you've also had issues with your billing as of recent and after looking into this for you I can see the charges you're referring to. I've looked into correcting this for you and although I can't confirm my actions on here, I've created a ticket on your account that can be seen here.
