I think this probably has not been seen as it was initially posted on another topic.
Would it please be possible to have a look into my account and confirm if billing has been correct since contract renewal? I think the last 2 bills are slightly higher than what I was expecting. Sorry, if I got it wrong.

I'm sorry to hear you've also had issues with your billing as of recent and after looking into this for you I can see the charges you're referring to.
