Beware of Plusnet's mystical cashback offers

The same issue here.

As expected, plusnet have been scamming people on the cashback offer for months...

No e-mails that have been sent to me at all even though plusnet claim they have done.
I have been checking my inboxes both in spam and general. 

Moreover, they claim the e-mail have been sent on the 10/09/2019 but when I contacted them on the 18/09/2019 nothing has been mentioned about it. Then after multiple times, I have been getting disconnected and chatting to the most incompetent customer service operators in the world, I was advised my cashback voucher has expired. Ridiculous.

Time for taking all the efforts into social media and contacting the ombudsman. Hopefully, I will get the contract terminated because I would have never signed up for it knowing I'm gonna have to deal with such conboys.
