Three days ago I also emailed PN with details of my daughters death with a copy of the death certificate......nothing! My daughter has also receives threats of a third party for an enormous £9 bill!!
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm really sorry for your loss and I'm sorry it's taken a while for any response from us.
If you could send me a private message with confirmation of the email address you emailed and something to identify your daughter's account (username if you have it, if not her postcode and your daughters name) then I will make sure this gets picked up for you and resolved as a matter of priority.
