Re: An error has occured.

I'm having the same issue too.

I keep getting emails about renewing my contract, however the link to renew doesn't work.
When I click on the link I get the following....
You're ahead of the game. You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later.

I rang your customer service centre a few weeks ago and the person I spoke to tried to put me on a more expensive deal but couldn't offer the deal in the emails.

I simply want to renew my existing contract with the £21.95 offer in your emails but can't find any way of doing this.
There seems to be a glitch on your website which is blocking me.

I'm hopeing there's something you can do from your end to resolve this?

Fix

Hi @NathanS, thanks for getting in touch and welcome to our Community Forums.
I'm sorry to hear you've had issues when looking to renew online recently due to a stuck cahnge on your account. After looking into this for you I beleive I've found and removed the cause of this for you so you should now be able to re-contract via the link you received.
If you have further issues please do let us know.

Re: An error has occured.

No problem @Mario123415, the error's come back as there genuinely is an order in progress now. Looks like you've recontracted online and your new contract's due to begin tomorrow, so the error should clear automatically then. ‌Thumbs_Up
