Hey, sorry for the confusion. It is your final bill though at the same time it's technically not, due to how the account was cancelled, it was essentially only half terminated in the billing system.
I've re-processed the cancellation now and it will be fully terminated within 24 hours. This will then trigger the final bill which should look exactly the same, but this time it will issue a refund.

So, does this mean I will get £21.27 paid back in to my bank account please and all this will be finished?
If so, what are my chances of getting this back in to my account by 15th December please? I am flat broke with 11 days to go to payday and am desperate for any cash I can get back.
