'Raise a ticket' link is nowhere to be found

As usual:

(1) I am having troubles with my broadband;

(2) the 'raise a ticket' link is deeply hidden - or is the problem (3) that the website complains about my adblocking software, even though all that software is disabled for the plusnet site? -

and since by accident I deleted my stored link for raising tickets, could someone please supply me with it? Thank you.

Sorry to hear this. Line tests aren't finding any issues, do you mind me asking what problems you're experiencing?

That's odd, what web browser are you using?

And do you have the same issue using a different browser and/or device?

Here's the link but as of I think mid-2015 you can only raise a ticket for specialist queries.

Thanks, but the link you supplied seems to be wrong.

My usual browser: Firefox (with lots of security software). I imagine I've tried using a different browser (Iridium, with much less software); that's what I do normally in such cases. However, I've got googleanalytics blocked by hostfile, so that might be the problem.

Hi,

I am sorry that you still seem to be having some troubles with the links provided.

As my colleague advised we no longer offer the raise a ticket options unless a specialist team is required. We still offer the Broadband Troubleshooter option which once completed will raise the issue to our faults team again the link for this is http://faults.plus.net
