[RESOLVED] Home Phone Control Panel still showing phone number from old address

I moved house recently, my Plusnet phone line was moved to my new address on 29 Jan 2013.
When I go into the Home Phone Control Panel in the Member Centre it is still showing the number from my old address. recent calls from my new number are not showing up.
Is it possible to get the account updated with my new number?

Hi there,
I'm a little confused as it looks like you've retained the same number. I've ascertained that from your original request and the details on an order we recently placed to transfer an active phone service at the new address to us. Let me know if that should be otherwise!
