I trust em about as far as I can throw their whole building. But I am not sure I fancy trying to get a leaving bill either.

To corrupt a nice saying when they are good, they are bad and when they are bad they are absolutely dire.

I hope the Ombudsman and OFCOM really do clobber them for hundreds of thousands of pounds as they did last time fpr their billing dissasters.
