Quidco tracking question (read the sticky!)

Signed up to Fibre Unlimited Extra & phone via Quidco for the £150 cashback and it hasnt tracked as yet (i signed up on 30-12-14, Fibre being activated on 15-01-15).
The sticky at the top of this forum states;
Your Plusnet account needs to be active and the service up and running.
Tracking can take a few weeks. If your order hasn't tracked, please allow at least a fortnight before contacting the cashback provider.
Does this mean tracking can take a fortnight from the time the Plusnet service goes active (ie from 15-01-15) or a fortnight from when I signed up (ie from 30-12-14)?

Wow, I only got £100 when I signed up, still better than nothing :). Took about a week to track for me after my service went live.

I signed my Dad up to the same Plusnet Fibre package via Quidco yesterday and his tracked on his Quidco account right away!
