Quidco not tracking

Hi everyone,
Just a note to say my quidco has not tracked after 3 days and I have had to raise a ticket for the missing £80.
Could someone please keep an eye open on this for me as this was a big selling point from me moving from SKY.

Quidco should be in-contact with us to verify your claim, if you haven't heard from them in the next few days give us a nudge and we'll chase that up for you.

I did what you suggested and contacted Quidco. This was the reply i received from them,

At the moment the claims process for Plusnet is taking around 4 months from the date on which your claim was raised to confirmation of cashback.

Unfortunately, we are unable to contact Plusnet directly to push the claim through faster as there are a number of hand offs between the retailer and the affiliate networks.


So i would appreciate your help in chasing that up for me

My Quidco also failed to track, despite my always clearing cookies and only following Quidco links.
I have raised a claim for my order which I placed on January 8 and have also been told about the four months it takes to deal with.
Any help forthcoming from PN would be most welcome to me and reassuring to others thinking of joining via cashback sites.

Just an update on my missing cashback from Quidco
I received an email from them this morning,

I am writing to you to inform you that we have now sent your claim to Plusnet.
For an indication of how long it will take them to process this for you, please see their page on our site.
As soon as we have a resolution for you I will write to you again.

And that's been received and approved, you should get the cashback in April.

Oh, and the BB switch over has been seamless. Router received in plenty of time and the speeds i have been getting have been great  Smiley
The phone is being switched over in a week or so. I'll report how that goes but 10 out of 10 so far.
