Quidco not tracked

Hi
Just confirming I have opened a support ticket and thread here for my quidco payment not tracking as per the cashback thread

Quidco have forwarded the raised query on 23rd February 2013 to plusnet

Hi Matt
Apparently its been forwarded to the correct department by CSC but could take 60 days is that correct even though it hasn't tracked properly and im active on plusnet now.
If you could check its progressing or chase it up be much appreciated

Hi Seems okay Thank you Chris I think now ,transcript as follows below
"We're delighted to tell you that your Plusnet cashback claim has been approved and now we're just waiting for them to confirm your cashback.
Once your cashback is confirmed and received by Quidco, we'll update your claim to "confirmed" status in your Activity Page"
So just awaiting confirmation for payment i think..?
