Quidco cashback

Hi,everyone joined plusnet via quidco on the 9th of July  when the  £95 cashback was on offer,initially tracked then declined then tracked again  (order was cancelled  4 times because of migrating from sky) but it's stayed the same since then,can someone please take a look at this,I've included three  screenshots one with an update on the 20th of September from quidco.

P.S. can I ask how long can it take for caller display to go through,I've tried *#234# and it says the service is unavailable.

It doesn't look like the call feature was fully added on our side.

I've just done that for you now, it should be working within about an hour.
