Quidco cashback

On 27th January I signed up for Plusnet using Quidco so that I could cover the initial activation cost of £50.

 

It tracked fine and now has a status of

The retailer is taking longer than expected to process your transaction. We apologise for the delay.

 

Where do I go from here?
