Quidco cashback hasn't tracked

I signed up for unlimited fibre and home phone through quidco a week ago and the order hasn't tracked for an expected £38 cashback. When raising a claim, it is asking for an account number which I can't seem to find anywhere. It's all looking a bit fishy to me now and I am thinking of cancelling the order completely and going with BT.
If there is anyone on here willing and able to help with this, I'd be grateful.

It is a regular problem and will be sorted.
However it is unlikely to be picked up here until Tuesday (Easter getting in the way)

Thanks for your answer.
Have cancelled broadband and phone package now. I Just don't see why I should put up with being messed around and would advise everyone else with the same issue, where the Quidco cashback hasn't tracked after 3 days to do likewise. Don't put up with it.
