I’ve just had an email from Quidco to notify me that my £70 cashback claim has been declined. This makes the monthly cost greater than other providers and understandably I’m not best pleased about this.
The email is below. I’m unable to check what info I provided as Quidco doesn’t give me access to it, however I simply provided the reference given I the purchase confirmation email.
How can I resolve this?
We are writing to you about your cashback claim, as we have now had a response from the retailer.
Unfortunately they have declined your claim advising us that the order number you have provided on the claim form doesn't match an order purchased using Quidco.
This could mean that the order details submitted on the claim form weren't correct or that Quidco have not been recognised as the referrer for this purchase, and so the cashback has been paid elsewhere.
This could happen if you used a search engine, comparison site or voucher code site or if you had multiple browser tabs open when purchasing.
As we will not be receiving the commission from the retailer, we are unable to pass this on to you as cashback. We do share your disappointment and we're sorry that we're unable to help further on this occasion
