Quidco cashback declined

I took out another PN account and went through the Quidco route at the end of July.  It tracked a short while later but like others seem to be experiencing my cashback was declined.  I raised a dispute after seeing this but this also came back declined.

Can someone please have a look at why this happened and let me know how I can go about getting this resolved?.  I'll DM the new account username when someone picks this up.

Thanks for the username.

I've tracked the cashback on our side and we can see you definitely signed up via Quidco.

I'd recommend raising another claim/explaining to the affiliate that we're aware that some cashbacks were not correctly validated but that's since been resolved and should now be showing as approved.

Hi Anoush, sorry it's been a while but I was waiting for some kind of response before posting.. anyway today I've received confirmation the cashback has been paid.

My quidco cashback has been declined.

My visit from quidco website has been recorded (I have print screen to proof)

I did use qiudco in partnership with plusnet referal link on quidco website.

Quidco blames some cookies and they refuse to pay cashback.

Can you help?
