Quidco cashback declined by Plusnet

Hi there,

 

I signed up via Quidco a few months back via my web browser for the £85 cashback. It was a big selling point for me however frustratingly even though I cleared my browser cookies and went through all the recommendations it didn't track. I was told over the phone to raise a manual cashback claim and it recently came back as rejected.  

 

Having contacted Quidco, they advised me that the rejection came from your end... I'd like to dispute this as I've been through the process and see no reason why it should be rejected.

Thanks for the reply, I've tried responding to the question via email on the 6th September as it didn't allow me to via the link in the email nor does the support query appear on my actual account. Can I confirm it's been received?

Still not responding... Sorry, I hate going on but it's been nearly a month I've been awaiting a simple manager call back and now I've even been charged incorrectly! This has become ridiculous.
