Quidco Not Tracked

Hi,
I saw the sticky and have logged a support call as needed but was wondering if someone could shed any light here (I know how annoying this is admins/mods, please accept my apologies!)
I went through Quidco on 3rd February (over 7 weeks ago so they can't help - unfortunately I've been ill for the last 2 weeks thanks to man flu) and just checked tracking today to see nothing is there. When I go through the various pages, they recognise I went through them on the 3rd February (but get the message about ie being more than 7 weeks)
A large reason why I went with plusnet was the cashback. Obviously the quality was another standout point but with two toddlers in the house, money is tight  Wink
It would have £80 if memory serves correct. I hope someone can help!

Sorry to hear you've been ill, hopefully it's just going through the process, I'll check up on that anyway and let you know.

I've chased that up and can't actually locate anywhere where Quidco have raised this with us.
Could you contact them to chase this up and let me know their response.
