Quidco Cashback Declined

Received a message from Quidco stating "the retailer has declined your cashback claim stating that a voucher or discount was used during the purchase".

I didn't use any voucher or discount, the Quidco link stated £45 cashback via Quidco and also £70 reward from Plusnet.

Quidco offered to pay 10% of the £45.

@Linburn  I would say that a £70 pound reward card would be considered to be a discount. I don't think you can expect to get that and a cashback from Quidco but I don't know if anyone else has managed to get both, but I doubt it.🙄

RealAilMadrid - That'd be a fair point however the Quidco link was offering both Quidco cashback and £70 reward card, it didn't say only one of the two. John
