Quidco £70 cashback

Hi,

I took up the offer with quidco which said cashback and voucher I have a screen shot of the page showing both offers. It has now been declined after I queried it saying you cant use any other offer . But I clicked form Quidco page and it had the offer on that page!! Is there anything you can do about it?  thanks

I'm really sorry to hear that you have experienced difficulty obtaining your cashback.

Please be aware that if you have signed up through Quidco which was showing cashback and then routed through to ourselves and we are already offering cashback, this can cancel out both sets of cashback.

Can you please PM the screenshots of the failed cashback through Quidco and provide your username. I can then track to see if we can honour this.

First thank you for your quick response.

Today  for example Plusnet is doing a credit offer but when you go through Quidco the offer does not show so that is fine. However when I clicked through Quidco it still showed the credit card offer and it mentioned it on quidco page. So I thought I would get both like i have done with BT offers in the past.
