Asked by a member of staff to give my username so he could look into it for me. A week has gone by and still nothing, you couldn't make this up, what a complete and utter waste of time on here, and even more so thinking Plusnet will sort it.

Member of staff asked for my user name 2 weeks ago and said he would update me shortly. He’s disappeared and guess what still the same. Plusnet are an absolute joke and can’t see the point of this forum if your not going to do anything when twice you said you are.

Fix

Our Marketing team have advised that it looks like the cashback is stuck within the systems we use.

I'm therefore refunding the £60 back to the payment details associated on the account.

It should land within the next 10 working days.
