Quidco £60 Cashback Declined

Hello! I ordered my new broadband with Plusnet via Quidco due to the £60 cashback offer. This was at the start of May 2017. I have now been told by Quidco that Plusnet have declined my cashback due to me CANCELLING my order??!!! This is 100% a lie and i have never cancelled my order. I've been using and paying my Plusnet Broadband every month. I feel so cheated. It's annoying. Any helpers? 🤗

Have you raised a claim with Quidco to investigate this?

Hiya. Yes I did raise a claim due to it being declined as I'd asked why? That's when Quidco came back to me saying Plusnet told them it was due to me cancelling my order?? It's just so wrong.

Exactly the same here, although I appear to have been shortchanged to the tune of £85. Feel completely ripped off.

Thanks for the info, I've sent both of your account details over to my line manager to investigate with our marking team.

Hi,  any chance of looking into my declined Quidco claim?

Exactly the same thing happened to me, Quidco tracked OK at £60 and was declined,

Then my claim was also declined due to my order being cancelled,

which it obviously wasn't.  Many thanks.

How long ago did you raise the claim? As our Marketing team have advised that we'd need to allow 30 days before we're able to chase it up from our side.

No problems Terry. We've got an update quicker than I expected. It looks like due to a system error the order was stuck within the affiliate system we use. We've manually approved this now and Quidco should pay out within 30 days.

@Gandalf it was declined 82 days ago so I'd have raised the claim then. So Id say 4th August? Then, 5 days ago was informed that I'd definitely not get the cashback as Plusnet said I'd cancelled my order Sad
