Questions Unanswered

I have several questions unanswered, some of which have been closed. Without going into detail (although I am happy to do that) does anyone know how I can escalate the issue.

Re: Questions Unanswered

Thanks for your response. There are two issues 1)my account seems to have become inaccessible to Plusnet staff 2) which means that my account,  which is being overcharged, is not being rectified.

Many thanks for any help to get this issue resolved.

Regards
