Question regarding cancellation of contract

HI there,
I have a 12 month contract with you, please can you advise when the contract ends. Also,  if I cancel within the contract period how much will I have to pay?

£13.50(upon cancellation) Complete -
Cessation charge £30.00(upon cancellation)

I'm not staff, so can't confirm but I suspect that it is.
You wouldn't pay the cessation charge if you're changing supplier, though it's always worth speaking to PN to see if they can offer you a deal Smiley

The £30 is only if you cancel the broadband - a migration would not incur that charge
The £13.50 is probably correct and you can check the amount here is you can remember when you started the contract http://www.plus.net/info2/legal/price_guide.html see table 1.9 or 1.10 as appropriate

I have the Plusnet Unlimited package (broadband package with line rental at £24.95 per month), so based on table 1.10 I would pay £5.50 for every month I cancel before contract ends ?

Hi there,
Really sorry for any confusion here, charges of £5.50 per month remaining on the contract would be correct, I'm not sure why that isn't flagged on your account correctly.
I'm going to speak to a colleague about this, I'll let you know what we're able to find out.

Does the £5.50/month just cover the cost of buying out the Broadband contract?  What about remaining line rental (assuming LRS hasn't been taken)?

FYI That's problem 78269 raised in relation to the charges being displayed incorrectly on some accounts.
