The Label... Time of Call - does this mean when you first make the call or when you end the call?
Thanks
Also What does this mean..?. "Calls with a duration of less than 60 seconds are rounded up to one minute"

Time of call: When the call is answered. If it's not answered, it won't appear in the list.
If an answered call lasts less than a minute, it's charged at one minute. In other words the minimum charge is 60 seconds.
