Question #79445226

Now showing as paid in my bank account, when will I receive the requested refund?
(Don't want to put this on my ticket due to my understanding that doing so would push it to the back of the queue).

Re: Question #79445226

It could be days before it shows up as being paid on Plusnet's side - check https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=view_transactions&s=0
Edit: My billing date is the 3rd, my bank account shows the money was debited yesterday (9th), the invoices page still shows the status as pending.

It will probably be 3 working days after the debit shows on your bank account before the invoice shows as fully paid.

Re: Question #79445226

So mine, invoice date 04/01/2104 should hopefully show as 'Fully Paid' tomorrow instead of the current indication 'Part-Paid' (Bank showing it paid as of this morning).

Re: Question #79445226

Well, I see a credit for 'Refund for overpaid subscription charges' has been added to my account (dated yesterday) but the ticket has not been updated since 7 Jan (except for notification that it's been returned to the pool).  Unfortunately the credit is not for the amount I calculated, nor is there any explanation how the amount was derived.
As I see it, there are 31 days in January and I had 2 days (4th and 5th Jan) of telephone line rental, anytime call package and caller display so I should have been charged pro-rata 2/31ths of the monthly charge for each of these - please correct me if I'm wrong here, 2 days at 66p per day is £1.32 - with the refund, as it stands, I have been charged £5.46 for 2 days telephone service (no chargeable calls as far as I'm aware and I can't check anyway since my telephone control panel has gone preventing me from seeing any call history).

Re: Question #79445226

Hi w23,
Not sure what happened there, that's a system generated refund - your refund ticket hasn't actually been actioned yet (though I've just requested the refund for you at the specified amount). Hope that sorts things for you though, I'll close the ticket off now.
