Really sorry to hear that. I've just spoken with our provisioning team who are picking this up and will update you shortly.
If you did decide to cancel, you would need to do this through our customer options team on 0800 432 0200, I hope it doesn't come to that and our provisioning team will get this sorted for you.

OK, so i went ahead an and paid for a BT engineer to visit the property #70031929
But the visit date is the 11/6/13, that's 2 weeks away. I really cant wait that long. If I had know it would take 2 weeks I would never have went ahead with this.
