I have never seen such a ridiculous response, hiding behind Data Protection. I am the Referrer and the administrator of the account with EXPLICIT permission to access the account.
The referral payment is WRONG. It is a Domestic Account and there is NO payment applicable below 50 p for PlusNet Value.

OK, got an answer to the ticket. Evidently, for the Plusnet Value (sold before 15th April 2010), the referral payment is £0.25.
If sold after that date, it is £0.50.

I don't believe we were aware of that prior to you telling us on that query so I think we were right to mention that, we should however have been able to advise on the account type and the correct referral rate so apologies for that, some feedback will be passed on.
