Question 214243040 & Email reference: EPN0161

These both refer to the approaching end of my LRS at the next billing date. However, they differ in the amount I will pay until the end of my current contract in December. I would appreciate clarification about this - which can be appended to the Question (I am not able to respond to it).

Sorry for the confusion. I can't add a comment to the question 214243040 as that was created as a closed ticket to send an email so I've created a new ticket under ref 214348503 with some clarification.

@Gandalf Minor problem - the tickets are closed and the billing e-mail (just received) has the wrong amount. It may be a "left hand/right hand" problem, so no action needed otherwise it can be sorted before the next bill.
